Returns Policy
Please keep in mind when shopping in store and online at Mabel, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will not refund for
- Change of mind
- Purchased the product elsewhere cheaper
- If you damage your product or misuse: i.e. Overwatered
In certain circumstances where an item may be approved for a refund or exchange, the item must fit the criteria below and be accompanied by proof of purchase:
- Must be in perfect and unused condition
- No damage to the item or the packaging
- Only full priced items can be refunded or exchanged. No refunds/exchanges on sale or reduced/discounted items
Please contact us at info@mabel-store.com.au with your purchase date, a photo of the product and a copy of the receipt.
Terrariums
If there are signs of significant change to the terrarium within 7 days of purchase; please take the following steps
- email our team at hello@littlelands.com.au with your purchase date and photographs of your terrarium and copy of receipt.
- Little Lands will email back within 2 business days* to advise if you can rectify the issue at home - or to give you the go-ahead to bring it in to our store for a 'Spruce-Up' or Exchange.
- we will not exchange for change of mind, breakages, a gift you did not like - or if you did not follow the Care Instructions.
Refund can only be given within 7 days with original store receipt if a terrarium shows significant change in plants whilst following instructions given at the time of purchase
Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
* During any restriction period, our reply times may be significantly longer.
